Our client is seeking a Rewards Specialist for a temporary role in London, offering a daily rate between £230 and £330. This is your chance to make an impact while working flexibly with a minimum of one day in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the go-to contact for all reward and benefit queries.
- Support annual reward processes, including salary and bonus reviews.
- Administer Flexible Benefits packages, ensuring smooth operations with external providers.
- Oversee RSU grants and equity plans, managing communication and documentation.
- Collaborate on Global Pension administration and governance.
- Create insightful reports to support HR and business needs.
- Assist in executing the total rewards strategy, aligned with organisational goals.
- Address pay data analysis, compliance, and benchmarking to enhance competitiveness.
- Develop engaging employee communications about total rewards offerings.
What We're Looking For:
- Ideally several years experience in Reward,Compensation and Benefits.
- Familiarity with equity administration and pay transparency initiatives.
- Strong data analysis skills, especially in Microsoft Excel. 📈
- Excellent communication abilities to engage various audiences.
- A structured approach to problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
